Jurisprudence is the application of law and the judicial
system of a civilization to its people with a goal of establishing justice.
It has been said that our courts are courts of law, not justice.
It is through the law that we attempt to obtain justice. It is why we a
a country of laws and not of persons, because when one person, man or woman,
judge or president, has the power to determine what the law is on a case
by case basis, then a dictatorship and its resultant tyranny result.
